Bob Troutman RISD ’00 [Graphic Design] + Ginny Troutman RISD MAT ’96 [Art + Design Education]
Inspired
by the “monumental durability” and “infinite hues” of vinyl, Bob and
Ginny use their chosen material to create fashionable, practical
accessories through their Rhode Island studio, Orange. Ginny also
teaches sculpture and Advanced Placement art classes at a public high
school and has traveled to Japan on a Fulbright fellowship, organizing
a student photography exchange. In addition, a grant from the American
Association of University Women enabled her to develop a website for
students about women with careers in the arts. Bob is an art director
and graphic designer at an advertising agency in Newport, RI. In his 10
years in the field, his clients have included Nickelodeon, Gillette,
PBS and Oxygen.
