RISD ‘76 [Illustration]
Dave graduated from RISD in '76 and has been a free-lance illustrator
ever since. Some of his clients have included American Express,
Bloomingdales, CBS, HBO, Martha Stewart, New York Times, NYC Mass
Transit, Playboy, Random House, Time, Newsweek, Vanity Fair, Vogue,
and Warner Brothers. His portrait of David Bowie can be seen in a show
of Rolling Stone's 100 best record review portraits from their 40+
year history at the Society of Illustrators gallery in NYC opening in
Sept. In November his annual artwork for NYC's largest winter
festival, "Winter's Eve" will be seen on large banners on street posts
in a 20 block area in the Columbus Circle/ Lincoln Center
neighborhood.
